Private Fee Schedule

To ensure the sustainability of the practice and maintain the delivery of quality healthcare services that we promised, our fee schedule follows:

* The Wound/Dressing Materials Fee helps offset the cost of consumable supplies used in complex wound care when procedures are not performed at our clinic. This fee may be billed in conjunction with a consultation and is at the treating physician's discretion.

Fee Summary

• All skin checks, procedures and related consultations are privately billed.
• Services eligible for BULK BILLING include;
• Annual Health Assessments for > 75-year-olds
• Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (for eligible patients)
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Health Assessment (eligible once every 9 months)
• Health Assessments for 40 – 49-year-olds (for eligible patients)
• Standard Consultations only for Pension/Health Care Card holders on Monday – Friday, 10 am – 2:45 pm
• Standard Consultations only for Children <15 years on Monday – Friday, 10 am – 2:45 pm
• All other consultations, including those on weekends and Public Holidays, are privately billed.
• Telehealth consultations are the same as below. Please note that the Medicare rebate is available only to eligible patients.
• Scripts, referrals, and medical certificate requests require an appointment.

All fees are billed based on the time and complexity of your doctor's consultations.

Health Care Card, Pension Card Holders, and Children Aged 15 & under will be privately billed for consultations outside Monday–Friday, 10 am–2:45 pm.

Booking Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled time, per our cancellation policy. If we were not notified 4 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment, a $50 cancellation/did not attend fee will be charged, and must be paid prior to your next appointment.
